DishBrain: The Experiment Where Human Neurons Played Pong

In October 2022, Cortical Labs published a Neuron paper showing 800,000 neurons on a multi-electrode array learned to play Pong in five minutes. DishBrain used no AI algorithm, only the brain’s natural drive to minimize prediction error.
